A great place to visit. Friendly staff good facilities. A little muddy but that's boating in the bristol channel for you. No need to get the dingy out which is great!

Really lovely place to visit and really friendly. Love how so many of the shops have signs welcoming dogs and that is a massive bonus. Lively little shops and very friendly and welcoming real pubs. Could live here

Local Parks & Gardens

Hoburne Blue Anchor Holiday Park

Blue Anchor Bay Rd, Blue Anchor, Minehead TA24 6JT, UK – 01425 282358

Very nice camp site, mainly static vans, there is a field for touring vans and campervan. Nice shower block, swimming pool, child play area, crazy golf and a coffee shop with adjoining small shop. The site is along side the West Somerset Railway, Blue Anchor station five minutes walk. Ideal for people who love steam trains, young and old. Driftwood Cafe is a short walk, on the way to the station. In the other direction, The Blue Anchor Pub, serving good food.

Lovely site for touring caravans. Toile blocks are to a good standard with free showers. Site is quite flat and level so easy to sort out your caravan. A short walk to the beach, although across a road, but not a big deal. The shop has recently been refurbished to a good standard with a nice cafe, prices are reasonable on the whole but £7.50 for 4 cans of beer was excessive. Other products were reasonably priced. They don't sell camping and caravanning stuff just yet - a trip out was necessary to but toilet additive for the caravan. Two pubs within a short walk, but the nearest convenience store I about a 5-10 minute drive. The on-site pool is nice, and the staff are great. Will be staying again in the near future.

Great website!. Click below to find gardens open during the year around Watchet or Somerset. There are photos and lots of detail about the garden.
